Hardiman-Williams LLC, a full-service association management company in Charlottesville, Virginia, seeks to fill the position of marketing coordinator.
This individual will create and update webpages, create and send email campaigns, create social media posts, manage creation and distribution of print pieces, report on marketing-related activity, and perform other marketing tasks as needed. Experience with database management, creating webpages, and sending email campaigns is required as is using tools like WordPress, MailChimp, SurveyMonkey, Adobe Create Suite, and Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication, telephone, organization, and project management skills are also required.
This part-time position may be performed from our Charlottesville office or remotely and requires minimal travel (if any) in the US. In addition to salary, part-time employees receive 15 paid days off in the first year and a cooperative working environment.
