You’re NEVER too old too learn new skills, change jobs or start a new business! One of my most beloved mentors didn’t even go to law school school u til on her 50’s and she was a judge when I met her and began to learn from her!

What about you? Maybe you want change or circumstances are thrusting one upon you. It’s okay. Be open and have confidence. The same intellect, good character and work ethic that made you successful in the last season will help you to succeed again!

**Just saw a video where two members of U.S. Congress were in each other’s faces yelling at each other and one was pointing his finger at his colleague…

Oh yeah, we’re living in unprecedented times for sure! The temperature is hot and so are tempers and emotions on topics from illegal immigration to government shutdowns and the price of, well, everything. 🤦🏽‍♀️

As consummate professionals and entrepreneurs, we must rise above the fray and remain calm and courteous with our clients, customers and colleagues. I know it’s not easy, but it’s required for your reputation and focus.

To remain successful, it’s important to maintain a respectable image. Avoid hurling insults, name-calling or the use of profanity when speaking with people whose those whom you disagree. 🥊 There’s a Bible verse that says, “Be angry, but dont sin.”

The other person may say something with which you passionately disagree or purposely try to push your buttons. You always have the right to disengage, but if you join in the fray, just remember the old saying, “When you wallow with pigs 🐷 in the mud, they like it, but you just get dirty!
