The conference will offer the community, including professionals and students, an opportunity to learn about the basics of end-of-life care.

Reach One Teach One Uca will host a fish fry fundraiser to raise money for children in underserved communities on July 13 from 11:30 a.m. until the food is sold out. The funds raised will send 40 students to a basketball tournament in Myrtle Beach, SC. The fundraiser will take place at 3505 Brainerd Rd.

Chattanooga's very own surgeon, Dr. Larry Sargent, will be featured in a new documentary premiering Friday. “Beautiful Faces” follows the journey of three patients and their families who were given a second chance in life through the work of Craniofacial and Plastic Surgeon Dr. Sargent. The film was produced by Dagan W. Beckett and will premiere for free on TUBI on Friday, July 5.
