Meet Maddie | RHC Analyst Trainee & Administrative Assistant

We are pleased to welcome Maddie to the Healthcare Business Specialists team!

Maddie brings valuable experience in healthcare operations, patient relations, and administrative coordination. Prior to joining HBS, she served as a Radiology Assistant with Chattanooga Imaging and a Patient Service Representative with Erlanger Primary Care. Through these roles, she developed a strong foundation in healthcare workflows, patient-centered service, and the importance of accuracy, organization, and effective communication in a clinical environment.

In her role at HBS, Maddie supports client onboarding, administrative operations, and the coordination of essential documentation while expanding her expertise in Rural Health Clinic reimbursement and regulatory reporting. Her healthcare background and commitment to exceptional client service make her a wonderful addition to our growing team.

We are excited for our clients to get to know Maddie and look forward to the contributions she will make!
