SA Recycling Chattanooga Team Building Adventure
At SA Recycling Chattanooga, we believe that strong teams are built both inside and outside the workplace. Recently, our Chattanooga team participated in an exciting whitewater rafting adventure organized by Equipment Operator **Robert Barr, whose enthusiasm helped make the day a tremendous success. The experience challenged our employees to work together, communicate effectively, and trust one another while navigating the river's rapids. This team-building event reinforced the same values we rely on every day at our yard safety, teamwork, accountability, and mutual support.
Special recognition goes to **Justin Pinson, General Manager, for his continued support of employee engagement and team development. Appreciation is also extended to **Jocelyn Price, Office Manager**; **Sarah Delgado, Nonferrous Supervisor**; **Blake Teague, Leadman**; **Skyler Perry, Material Handler**; **Robert Barr, Equipment Operator**; **Marc Wallin, Driver**; and **JD Holder, Driver** for their participation and commitment to making the event a success. Together, the SA Recycling Chattanooga Team and their Friends and Family demonstrated that when employees, friends and family work together to support one another, and step outside their comfort zones, stronger relationships and a stronger workplace are created.
