Phoenix provides investigative services to attorneys involved in criminal and civil litigation matters, as well as services to third party administrators resolving insurance claims. Specific services include case research, locating and interviewing witnesses, locating assets and other property, surveillance, family and probate matters, and background information services. to private individuals with investigative needs. Kay Baker is a former FBI Agent, Assistant District Attorney, and Assistant Attorney General. As an FBI Agent, she investigated crimes of bank robbery, kidnapping, assault on federal officers, child pornography and interstate travel with the intent to have sex with minors, crimes aboard aircraft, public corruption, and terrorism. During service with the FBI she also served on a special surveillance group. As an Assistant District Attorney, she conducted over 20 felony and misdemeanor jury trials in 6 years, as well as handled motions, appeals, grand jury presentations, and probation revocation hearings.
