Please keep in mind that we are not just “cleaners.” We feel that what makes us stand out from other cleaning companies is the fact that we consider ourselves artists and we take great pride in our artwork. We approach each job with your vision in mind and we create a masterpiece with it. Our approach is with your place as our “canvas” and our tools and techniques as our “brushes and paint.”
Our services include deep cleaning of all specified areas (anywhere from simply dusting to grime/mildew removal), organization (from knick knacks to documents, if requested), linen changing, dishes, trash, recycling, pet area(s), pet bedding(s), and material cleaning (we might even take a moment to pet and snuggle your irresistible fur babies), toys (and we might play with these a little too), etc. Lilac Cleaning Company Policies:
Lilac Cleaning Company asks for full access to the home/business for easy entry/exit. If this cannot be arranged then we have a couple of policies in place:
- If the client is late by 15 minutes to grant Lilac Cleaning Company entry, 30 minutes of cleaning time will be added to the next bill.
- If the Lilac Cleaning Company employee is late by 15 minutes, with the client waiting, we will reduce the next bill by 30 minutes of cleaning time.
- We require a minimum 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule a job.
- If a notice is not given by the client, 2 hours of cleaning time will be added to the next bill to compensate for the employee’s travel, prep time, and to fulfill our minimum time required for a job. We will show the same respect and provide our clients with a minimum 24 hour notice of schedule cancel/reschedule.
- Unexpected Traffic: Giving notice in a reasonable amount of time regarding unexpected heavy traffic causing delay in either party’s presence is excusable up to 3 times. In excess of that, a charge/reduction to the bill will be applied. (The previous policies are null and void if full access is granted to a Lilac Cleaning Company employee.)
- We ask that communication is clear and completed in a timely fashion.
- Unexpected Emergencies: Life happens and we are understanding of that. We would expect our clients to be as equally understanding as well for our employees. The following are what would constitute as an unexpected emergency that warrants an excused delay/absence/reschedule/cancellation:
- Family/Personal illness and/or injury or hospitalization
- Inclement/hazardous weather
- Life changing situations
- Unexpected work related schedule conflicts
- We ask for the understanding that if there are people occupying the space, especially children, in which we are cleaning that messes can be made once a cleaning job has been performed.
