I was just wondering? Is there any reason that the tax on diesel should be more than the tax on gasoline since everyone pays for their tag at the tag office? I heard through the great Vine that the government was taxing diesel more than gasoline because A. Lot of the vehicles are a heavier equipment? Does that mean that would have an influence on our economy with groceries costing more because tax on the big trucks that hold our grocery is? I hate to tell everyone but there's a lot of cars that are not big trucks that require diesel so why should the tax be more?
