Our 2026 Engineering, Operations & Technology Conference kicked off this morning with two inspiring presentations from leaders in their respective fields. Lt. Col. Robert J. Darling delivered his keynote address, "9/11: Leading in Times of Uncertainty," detailing the leadership lessons learned while working as an Airlift Operations Officer for the White House during the September 11 terrorist attacks.

Following Darling, EPB's Janet Rehberg shared about the strategic leadership behind providing the nation's first industry-led, commercially available quantum network.

Big thanks to both of these speakers for sharing their insights and expertise. We're looking forward to more learning opportunities like this for the remainder of this week!
