It is refreshing to work for a company that not only talks about its Core Values, but truly exemplifies them—and where employees know, believe in, and live those values every day.
The people at M&M are Amazing. They genuinely care about the company, about each other, and about the impact they can make. You can feel that energy no matter which facility you visit, and it is evident at every level of the organization.
One of the things that drew me most to M&M was the top-down belief that “The Employee Comes First.” I have heard that phrase many times throughout my career, but too often it was simply something good to say. At M&M, it is different.
Our President, Glenn Morris, along with the entire M&M Leadership Team, genuinely cares about every member of the M&M family—and more importantly, they show it through their actions.
That is what makes me excited to come to work every day. I know I am not just a number. I know I matter. I know I am valued. And I know my ideas, my work, and my contributions can make a difference.
