A woodpecker apparently mistook our pole for his personal construction project and pecked just a little too far… straight into our fiber.

We wish we were kidding.

Service was impacted on Fournier road in Chazy but all is well now! (We had a serious talk with our new feathered friend).

We’re excited to welcome Kaillum Tucker as our new Outside Plant Engineer!

Kaillum brings 25 years of experience in the fiber and telecom industry, with extensive hands-on experience supporting fiber networks across Vermont and Northern New England. His background in designing, building, and maintaining outside plant infrastructure will be a major asset as we continue expanding and strengthening our network.

Kaillum currently lives in Vermont and works out of our Chazy office, with regular time in Westport supporting our teams and communities.
