🔧 Looking to Rent a Shop or Industrial Building for Short-Term Truck Work

Schwartz Boiler is looking to rent a building for 2–3 months to send our crew in and do a frame swap on one of our trucks. This work will involve cutting, welding, and grinding, so we need a space that can safely support that kind of activity.

What We’re Looking For:
• Shop or industrial building
• Must allow welding / grinding / cutting
• Needs to have 220 power (single or 3-phase)
• Heated space preferred
• Open layout with room to work around a full-size truck
• Not ideal if it’s being used for storage of flammable or sensitive materials

We know this isn’t light-duty use and we’re willing to pay a fair price for the right space.
