We all have weak moments. What matters most is what happens next.
One of the things I love about Ted Lasso is how it reframes leadership through humanity. Not by ignoring mistakes—but by asking how we show up when we’re given a second chance.
Forgiveness isn’t about pretending something didn’t happen. It’s about choosing growth over judgment, learning over labels, and courage over defensiveness.
The leaders who leave a lasting mark aren’t defined by a single moment. They’re defined by how they respond, how they grow, and how they extend that same grace to others.
