Two years later—and what a transformation. ✨

The CBA Show returned to 3 Meeting House Road to see how J&C Management transformed the property into The Nest Apartments.

The project took nearly three years—from the first idea and town approvals through construction and completion—and the results are incredible. It’s a powerful example of a local business investing in Chelmsford’s continued growth.
