I tell people in counseling sessions all the time, what we talk about will sound very simple....That does not mean it is easy!! Working through things and trying to change brain patterns is really hard work!! Simple ? Yes sometimes....easy? No never. The example I use sometimes is golf...just hit the little white ball into that hole, sounds simple....but not so easy. I hope you are having a good day today!!
