About the Role
As our HR Generalist, you will be a trusted partner and a supportive space for our associates. You will play a key role in fostering a positive, engaging work environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
🤝 Building meaningful relationships across the organization.
🚀 Assisting with the full recruitment process, from identifying candidates to onboarding new team members.
📈 Coordinating employee development plans and performance management.
🎉 Organizing events to engage employees and promote our company culture.
⚖️ Investigating employee complaints and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Tackling special HR initiatives and supporting our mission in all you do.
Are You the Right Fit?
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in HR, especially in a dynamic environment.
Key Requirements:
✅ 5 years of experience as an HR Coordinator/Generalist in a manufacturing environment.
✅ A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience).
✅ A deep understanding of Labor Law and HR best practices.
✅ Superb communication, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for supporting a mission-driven team.
