October is National Women’s Small Business Month and on October 20, I’ll celebrate 19 years of building Reed Development Group.
As a woman-owned small business founder, I know that building a business takes vision, courage, resilience, and the willingness to keep moving forward even when the path changes.
For nearly two decades, I’ve partnered with organizations to transform culture, strengthen leadership, and create the conditions for people and performance to thrive. I’m proud of the work we’ve done and of the purpose behind it: helping people and organizations reach their full potential.
This month, I’m celebrating the women who build, lead, innovate, and create lasting impact through their businesses. And I’m grateful to every client, colleague, mentor, and supporter who has been part of Reed Development Group’s journey.
