Austin J. Haines spent 19 years with the same Fortune 500 company. During his best year, he decided to resign and answer the call of his soul. Austin quickly became an Indie Author, a hired Speaker, and a sought-after Life & Business Coach. He has helped multimillionaires launch their brand, couples facing divorce, and countless entrepreneurs clarify their messaging and purpose. Austin has since authored three books and has a fourth book on the way, Seeds of Infinitude. Poetry was an afterthought—but Austin's soul called once again. Poetry started pouring out and impacting his clients and friends in a deeply profound way. Poetry has become a part of his inspirational talks and live experiential seminars. While the book Seeds of Infinitude® hasn't been published, you can hear Austin's poetry firsthand during some of the podcast broadcasts. Additionally, Austin will Orate other impactful poems to keep you inspired.

The journey to truth is an inner one.
When we stop distracting ourselves and let the noise fade, we begin to hear what’s real.
In silence and stillness, truth reveals itself — not outside of us, but within.
Sit with yourself long enough, and you’ll find what you’ve been searching for all along.

Every emotion we carry contains the seed of its opposite — not as a contradiction, but as an invitation to grow. When we pause and breathe, we create space to respond with awareness instead of reaction. In that space, balance is found.

Be gentle with yourself. It’s all part of becoming.

Today's podcast is about letting go of past mistakes and hurts to live more fully in your Midlife Season.

First, we must embrace. This is a beautiful paradox that can calm the overwhelm and empower us.

I am recording today's podcast on location at Valley Forge National Park in front of the Pawlings Sycamore Tree, estimated to be 300 years old (± 20 years).

I will share my original poem, "The Embracing of Letting Go."

This great Sycamore is letting go of its leaves once again. Let's check this out!
