The Los Angeles Chargers' rookies built meaningful new connections during a recent session with Lainie. This engaged and enthusiastic group embraced the opportunity to learn more about one another while gaining valuable insights into themselves. We’re excited to watch their growth both on and off the field and look forward to seeing them in action in the weeks ahead.

For anyone working in the player development field, last weekend in Detroit was the place to be!

We had a great time connecting, learning, and building at the 2026 Beyond The Field Player Development Summit. Leaders from teams and organizations across the sports spectrum gathered to share their wisdom, insights, best practices, and brilliance to help elevate those who work to support athletes along their journeys.

Our own Lainie Hodges led a session Saturday morning that contributed to a stellar experience that supported attendees to network, connect, and grow through the power of play and improv. We feel grateful to have been a part of it and look forward to seeing how this Summit, and the field, continue to grow and develop!

The PAADS- Professional Association of Athlete Development Specialists Athlete Development Summit is the place to be for those working in the player development/player engagement/player care spaces! This international gathering of professionals fortified our knowledge base, expanded our network, and gave us fresh ideas to elevate our work serving athletes. Thank you to NASCAR for being fantastic hosts, and to Hendrick Racing for an unforgettable tour of your facilities with a special treat! It was a Summit to remember, and we look forward to the next one!

The Seahawks have new hardware and some fresh decor. However, it's time to move forward into a new season. The standard is set, the draft is done, and the rookies have arrived. The transition to the league can be challenging on many levels, not only for players but also for their families and significant others. We are grateful to have played a role in supporting them through this transition at the Seahawks Rookie Family Weekend by giving them some tools to help with the road ahead.

We are so excited to welcome our Communications Intern, Margaret Sharp! Margaret, or Maggie, is originally from Ashland, Virginia, and is in her second year at Syracuse University.

She is studying Public Relations at the Newhouse School at Syracuse University (S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University) and has a minor in Sport Management at the Falk College of Sport at Syracuse University College of Sport. We are thrilled to have her join us!

Improv Alchemy is going to be all over the map this NFL season! From family weekends to meeting with the rookies, we have made our impact for the past 11 years with the NFL. We also look forward to connecting with our colleagues at the PAADS- Professional Association of Athlete Development Specialists Athlete Development Summit, and the Beyond The Field Player Development Summit in May.

In June, we'll share the gift of improv with educators at the Institute for Creative Teaching with Think 360 Arts for Learning and the University of Northern Colorado.
