Position: Inside Counter Sales/Coordinator
Location: Greenbrier, Chesapeake
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Region Rents, a locally owned and fast-growing equipment rental company, is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inside Counter Sales/Coordinator. If you’re eager to learn, enjoy working with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate equipment deliveries for the current and following day
Field incoming calls from current and prospective customers, including concrete, electrical, roofing, plumbing, demolition, drywall, and utility contractors
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on construction equipment and help customers select the right machines for their specific needs
Process and invoice rental contracts when equipment is returned and checked in by the service department
Direct calls to service, parts, accounting, and the outside sales team as needed
