Carter Consulting

Carter Consulting Carter Consulting I was also fortunate to be a part of a local church program which raised over $20 million dollars in a two year period.

I have been fortunate to be a part of some pretty incredible milestones with a few different local churches - personally being a part of capital campaigns which have altogether raised over $2.5 million dollars in new giving. I believe my experiences and the lessons I have learned could help others achieve new levels of ministry. If you have any interest or fund-raising needs, I would welcome a cha

Hung Cao, whose family fled Vietnam for a new life here in Virginia, is running to represent us as one of our Senators. He’s got my vote. I’d encourage all my friends to vote for him too.

Leadership Principle #16. Remember, "A spoon full of sugar helps the medicine go down."
As a leader there will be times you must ask those you are leading to do a difficult, undesired and even lonesome assignment or task. Circumstances will dictate these things will arise and must be managed.
When you face this challenge you may say to your co-worker, employee: "Do this because I said so. No discussion, that's the end of the matter!" Or, you can invoke this principle: "A spoon full of sugar helps the medicine go down." A positive and thankful word both personally and in front of the rest of the team. A token, such as a note or "trophy," an expression of gratitude in the midst of the difficult or lonesome task. That person will long remember how you handled all the difficulty rather than that difficult task. And that is a win, all the way around.

Did Joe Biden "win" by 7 million votes? Nope.

The 2020 Presidential Election was decided by these four (4) states. The Left Column is the Number of Electoral Votes, and you can see the rest.

11 Arizona = Biden + 10,457; 1.841% of Total State-Wide Vote
16 Georgia = Biden +12,670; 0.253% of Total State-Wide Vote
10 Wisconsin = Biden +20,565; 0.623% of Total State-Wide
6 Nevada = Biden +33,596; 2.39% of Total State-Wide Vote

These four (4) states represented the easiest path to Trump victory.

232 + 43 = 275 Electoral College Votes

Biden's total victory was by 77,288 votes, spread across these four (4) states. Not 7 Million.
