Hi, I’m Nichelle.
But you can call me Thee LactPro.

I help lactation business owners and entrepreneurs build sustainable private practices & community based lactation businesses.

This is what I do.

I started out a breastfeeding enthusiast, inspired by my own breastfeeding journey. I had passion, I had drive, and after becoming a CBS (Certified Breastfeeding Specialist) and later IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant), I had the clinical skills. However, none of that meant I was qualified and ready to be a good business owner.
Now, as a successful private practice owner and educator, I’ve helped dozens of lactation and birth business professionals scale and grow their businesses. And now, I want to help you.
I had to scrape and scrounge to find the information I needed. Wouldn’t it be great if an industry pro just put it all in one place for the modern millennial like me??

And thus…. LactPro was born.
