When you have half a loaf of cinnamon and brown sugar sourdough sitting in freezer and the new one arrives. We made bread pudding 🤤 and my lord, we added some fresh vanilla bean , one of the best bread puddings we’ve ever had!

How do you handle your fruit when you get it home? 🍐

We are super gentle with ours because the goal isn’t to sell it already fully ripe it’s to give you time to finish the ripening process at home and catch that perfect eating window.

This pear came out of 36° refrigeration 3 days ago.

Today? Buttery soft, juicy and sweet. 🤤

There is WAY more interest in organic than I expected, so before I start working on the logistics of building boxes, I need to know what kind of organic chaos you’d actually want EVERY week.

Apples, pears, grapes, citrus + rotating seasonal fruit

Broccoli, carrots, potatoes, onions, zucchini + rotating veggies

A mix of organic fruit + veggies for those of us pretending we have it all together 😂
