Learn more about Polish Me Unbothered Nails!

An incredible story about hard work and entrepreneurial spirit 🙌

Nicole Rayfield has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. After building a career helping students and professionals through resume writing, career coaching, and business consulting, she combined her research, business experience, and passion for empowering others to create Polish Me Unbothered Nails, a nail polish brand that celebrates and uplifts women of color in the workplace.

To help grow her new venture, Nicole connected with the Widener University Small Business Development Center. Working with Business Consultant Jim Turner, she received one-on-one guidance on business strategy, organizational structure, pricing, and reaching her target market. Together, they developed a plan that helped position the business for early success.

Today, Polish Me Unbothered continues to make an impact by helping customers feel seen, valued, and connected through products that celebrate culture while supporting meaningful causes in the community.
