POSITIONS AVAILABLE
π Excavator / Heavy Equipment Operator β $27β$32 per hour
We prefer applicants with at least three years of verifiable experience operating excavators, skid steers, compact track loaders, dozers, or similar equipment.
Preferred experience includes:
β’ Excavation and site preparation
β’ Grading and finish grading
β’ Demolition
β’ Land clearing
β’ Trenching and pipe work
β’ Septic and drainage installation
β’ Working safely around structures and utilities
Top-end pay is reserved for operators who demonstrate advanced ability, productivity, equipment care, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
π CDL Dump Truck Driver β $25β$29 per hour
Applicants must have a valid CDL and an acceptable driving record. Class A is preferred.
Experience hauling dirt, stone, equipment, or demolition debris is strongly preferred. Drivers must be able to perform pre-trip inspections, operate safely on active jobsites, communicate professionally, and properly care for company vehicles.
π· Skilled Construction Laborer β $20β$24 per hour
We are looking for laborers with experience in excavation, pipe installation, drainage, septic systems, grading, demolition, land clearing, erosion control, or general sitework.
Applicants must be comfortable working outdoors, using hand and power tools, and working safely around heavy equipment.
π¦Ί Entry-Level Laborer β $18β$20 per hour
Experience is helpful but not required for the right applicant. We will train someone who is dependable, coachable, physically capable, willing to learn, and ready to work.
