The ULTIMATE jump scare?😨 It's those taxes you extended waaaay back in April that are now due this month! 👀

Yep, October 15th is the last day you have to file your individual tax return without penalties (if you extended!!). That's right - you have ONE WEEK!!😱

Notice I said file... NOT pay.

Any taxes you owe were actually due back in April, but you can stop more penalties + interest from accruing by paying ASAP.

Here's what you need to do in Q4:

→ File any extended 2024 tax returns.

→ Request W-9s from all vendors (and make a list of everyone you've paid more than $600 this year).

→ Start prepping for Black Friday sales.

→ Budget for year-end employee bonuses.

→ Run a comparative YTD P&L and review your performance towards your 2025 goals.

→ Review your holiday PTO requests (and plan for your own much-needed time off!).
