Let’s talk about something real for a second…

Not all networking spaces are healthy.

Some are full of connection, support, and growth…
And some are full of drama, gossip, and behind-the-scenes conversations.

And I’ll be honest—
gossip can feel kind of fun in the moment.

It feels like bonding. Like being “in the know.”

But in business?

It can quietly damage trust, relationships, and opportunities.

I think most of us have experienced at least one of these:

Being on the wrong end of gossip
Sharing something we probably shouldn’t have
Hearing something about someone… and later realizing it wasn’t the full story

It happens.

But here’s the part I keep coming back to…

You never really know what someone has gone through to get where they are.
And we also tend to assume people are doing better (or worse) than they actually are.

What if we just chose to be a little more thoughtful?
A little more respectful?
A little more kind?

Because the rooms you’re in matter.
And the way people talk about each other in those rooms matters even more.

That’s something we’re really intentional about at RAD 💛
