Who do you know who always forgets something when they leave the house? Send this to them. 👇

“I always forget something” is a story—and every time you repeat it, you tell your brain what to expect.

Before I left today, I said out loud:

“Brain, tell me what I need to remember. Is there anything else I need before I leave?”

And guess what? I didn’t forget anything. I didn’t have to turn around and come home.

Your brain is always listening. Flip the script:

“I remember what I need.”

What story are you ready to stop telling yourself?

Consistency in business might start outside of your business.

If you’re struggling to consistently finish the projects, make the content, follow up, or do the things you know you need to do—look for somewhere else in your life where you can practice finishing.

For me, it was working out.

I started with the bare minimum I could consistently do. Then I let it compound.

Now I move my body consistently AND I make videos almost every day.

Need to finish a work project? Go finish the laundry.
Need to become consistent with content? Pick one small personal habit and keep your word to yourself.
Need to get better at follow-through? Start finishing small things.

You’re practicing the skill of consistency.

Start small. Finish something. Do it again tomorrow.

Then watch what happens when that version of you shows up in your business. 🔥

💬 What’s ONE thing you could start consistently finishing?

đź‘€ What does your personal Facebook profile say about you?

Today's RAD Networking meeting was a blast! Instead of just talking about marketing, we did a live Facebook Profile Audit.

We asked questions like:
âś… If someone visits your profile, do they immediately know who you are and what you do?
âś… Is your information current, or is it outdated?
âś… When someone scrolls your profile, what impression are they getting?
âś… Does your profile build trust... or create confusion?

We even found a few surprises! One member realized their profile was filled with old group birthday tags because they hadn't reviewed their tagging settings.

đź’ˇ Pro Tip: I personally review every tag before it appears on my profile, and I always look at someone's Facebook profile before accepting a friend request. Your personal profile is part of your personal brand.

Remember: People often check your profile before they decide to work with you, refer you, or even respond to your message.

So... if someone looked at your Facebook today, would it reflect the person and business you're building?

👇 What's one thing you could update today?

Consistency doesn't start with big. It starts with doable. đź’Ş

Everyone talks about discipline, but what if the secret isn't trying harder?

What if it's making your commitment so small that you can keep it... even on your worst days?

For me, it started with 5 minutes on my walking pad. Every. Single. Day.

No matter how busy I was.
No matter how tired I felt.
No matter if I was out of town.

Just 5 minutes.

Months later, those 5 minutes became longer walks, yoga, squats, and a lifestyle I no longer have to force.

I'm doing the same thing in my business.

Instead of telling myself I have to send multiple emails every week, my commitment is one email before the weekend. That's my non-negotiable. On great weeks, I send more. But I never miss the minimum.

That's how consistency compounds.

Don't wait until you feel motivated. Don't make the goal so big that you quit.

Make it small.
Stack it onto something you already do.
Repeat it until it's part of who you are.

Small actions, repeated consistently, create massive change.

👇 What's one tiny habit you could commit to every single week without fail?

Your ideal client isn't "everyone." đź‘€

That was one of the biggest takeaways from today's RAD meeting.

Today we worked through our business avatars—getting crystal clear on who we serve, what they're struggling with, and how we solve their problems. The more specific we become, the easier it is to attract the right clients and create real connections.

But that's what makes RAD different.

We don't just hand out business cards. We roll up our sleeves, workshop ideas together, ask better questions, challenge each other, and help each other grow. Every meeting is an opportunity to leave with more clarity, stronger relationships, and actionable ideas for your business.

If you're looking for a networking group that actually helps you build your business—not just collect contacts—we'd love to have you join us.

✨ Come visit a RAD meeting and experience the difference for yourself.

It's called the super man pose. Stand big and wide that up space. Shoulders back hands on hips.

This will change your body chemistry to feel more confident and bold. Take up space in your sit as well.

If you shrink down and make yourself small it does the opposite.

So take up space.
