Here's the simplest inbox tip I know, and it's free:

The 2-minute rule.

If an email takes less than 2 minutes to deal with → deal with it right now.
If it takes longer → move it to a "needs action" folder and batch those once a day.

That's it.

Most business owners open the same emails 4 or 5 times because they're not sure what to do with them in the moment. This rule ends that habit completely.
