Many may wonder how the differentiation of archetypes fits into their story, but I didn't know either until I decided to take a dive.
So basically, here's what I learned:
We all experience crisis differently.
The way burnout shows up for me might look nothing like the way it shows up for you.

When I discovered I was a "Burnout Hero" (the person who measures worth by exhaustion and feels guilty for resting), suddenly everything made sense.
