📢 IMPORTANT CUSTOMER UPDATE: WE’RE UPGRADING OUR SYSTEM!

At Garbage Guys, we are continually looking for ways to improve our service, streamline operations, and make managing your account easier.

After several months of preparation, we are excited to announce that we are entering the final phase of transitioning to our new customer management, billing, and routing system!

Our roll-off dumpster operations have already successfully transitioned, and we are now preparing to move all residential and commercial trash collection customers to the new system beginning Monday, October 26.

📧 WATCH YOUR EMAIL THIS WEEKEND!

Between Friday, October 23, and Sunday, October 25, customers with a valid email address on file should receive an invitation to access their new customer portal.

Once you receive your invitation, we kindly ask that you:

✅ Log in and familiarize yourself with the new portal.

✅ Review your contact information, service address, and billing details for accuracy.

✅ Check for any spelling errors, missing information, or billing discrepancies.

✅ Report any issues directly to [email protected] so our office can review and correct them.

⚠️ PLEASE EXPECT A FEW BUMPS ALONG THE WAY

Transferring customer records, billing information, and collection routes to an entirely new platform is a significant undertaking. Despite our preparation, some information may require additional adjustments or corrections during the transition.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these final details.

To help our team manage the transition efficiently while maintaining our regular operations, we respectfully request that customers email any account-related corrections or portal concerns to [email protected] rather than calling the office.

Handling these requests by email allows us to document, prioritize, and resolve issues more efficiently without overwhelming our phone lines.

Once the transition is complete and all customer information has been verified, our new system will provide a more convenient, organized, and user-friendly experience for managing your Garbage Guys account.

🚛 GOOD NEWS — ALL TRUCKS ARE REPAIRED! 🚛

We are very happy to report that all of our trucks have been repaired and are back in service!

✅ Friday’s route will run as normal.

For our customers who were affected by today’s Thursday route cancellation, we will be picking up your trash this Saturday, September 12.

Please expect your normal service time on Saturday and make sure your bags are out and ready for pickup no later than 6:00 AM.

We know the last few days have been frustrating and disruptive, and we cannot thank you enough for your patience and understanding while we worked through these unexpected truck issues.

More than anything, we sincerely appreciate all of the kind words, thoughts, encouragement, and good vibes that so many of you have sent our way. It has meant more to us than you probably realize.

We truly have the best customers, and we never take your support for granted.

⚠️ SERVICE UPDATE – PLEASE READ ⚠️

To our Garbage Guys customers,

We want to sincerely apologize for the level of service we have been able to provide over the past two days.

We have experienced unprecedented truck issues, and unfortunately, those issues have prevented us from providing the reliable and timely service you expect from us, and that we expect from ourselves.

Simply put, we haven’t met your expectations, and we are deeply sorry.

At this time, Thursday’s route has been delayed as we continue working through these equipment issues.

Throughout the day Thursday, we will be contacting affected customers by email and/or phone with updates on the status of our trucks and any necessary adjustments to routes and pickup schedules.

We know how frustrating service delays can be, especially when you depend on us to be there when we say we will. Please know that our team is doing everything possible to get our equipment operational and get service back on schedule as quickly as possible.

Thank you in advance for your patience, understanding, and continued support of Garbage Guys. We truly appreciate it.
