KRSIC was developed during my nearly 40 years as a volunteer with organizations that served unbanked, underbanked and lower income families. During this time I studied Banking and Finance, completed an internship with IDS - Income Diversified Services now Ameriprise Financial Services. Later I launched an AL Williams enterprise now Primerica. Finally I became chairman of the board to establish a community development credit union before I decided to start my own enterprise KaizenRhino Solutions. My 40 years of military service has shaped the direction and mission of KRSIC KaizenRhino Solutions International Consultancy delivers four lines of service 1) GPIA - Global Permanent Investment Account; individual and organization 2) companion O2IFC - One 2 Infinity Financial Coaching 3) FHC - Financial Heritage Celebrations 4) WFC - Warrior Financial Coaching for civil service and military service members.

Until 23:59 tonight is the last day to celebrate Financial Infinity Days 6 & 7 Feb the engines of wealth building. Yet don't despair as the engines will continue to churn on second-by-second hour by hour growing your wealth. Back to the Future is not just a movie but captures the excitement today about kids owning equities. Well, note the "Own Your Share of Global Companies" some assembly required i.e. you get to select which dividend paying stocks or ETFs you want to own! BTF... give me a shout out if you remember the 1950s campaign for kids to own equities picked up and carry forward by the Investment Club movement popular in ancient times...the 70s. Much is written about Dr King and Universal Basic Income. It is important for everyone to read directly what he said in Chapter 8: "Where Do We Go From Here," 1967 2. The Economic Turn: Jobs, Income, and Structural Change. He said Charity, piecemeal programs are insufficient. The nation must guarantee a dignified standard of living for every person. A universal basic income is more effective than job training alone because the root problem is not skill but a lack of purchasing power and structural resource inequality.

The policy of providing guaranteed cash incomes has gained momentum in recent years. This tool to tackle inequality has the potential to address racial resentment.
