The Second Floor will be opening our doors for membership to a spectacular vintage space, a coffeeshop vibe, and access to all the work and play equipment that you could ever need. With 24/7 availa

bility for those tight deadlines or early morning creative collaborations, our affordable participation plans will convince you to relax just as hard as you work. Suite 227 is also coming available in the near future!

This prime office space is located on the 2nd floor right above the Paramount Cafe. With two large windows overlooking the Paramount marquee, the space is full of natural light and provides a great view. The suite is also conveniently located right next to the shared break room with amenities including free drip coffee, hot tea, and beer on tap!

Suite 227 is 190 sqft priced at $600per month. If you are in need of a larger space, there is the option to occupy a connecting room of 201 sqft, pictured in the last three photos, for an additonal $400 per month!

The start date is flexible, so reach out to come take a look at what the space has to offer!

We have some exciting news! We are converting some of our coworking space into private offices! This prime office space is located on the 2nd floor right above the Paramount Cafe. With two large windows overlooking the Paramount marquee, the space is full of natural light and provides a great view. The suite is also conveniently located just a couple doors down from the shared break room with amenities including free drip coffee, hot tea, and beer on tap!

Suite 224 is 185 sqft priced at $550 per month. If you are in need of a larger space, there is the option to occupy a connecting room of 201 sqft, pictured in the last two photos, for an additonal $400 per month!
