The V37 Project: Code a Cure to Cancer

The V37 Project: Code a Cure to Cancer We've taken math and created a molecule that, maybe just maybe, takes us from a killer code to cancer killer.

The V37 Molecule is computationally proven to unlock the body’s natural tumor-killing system and it's in the lab right now.

The math worked. V37 is officially in the vial.

This means our digital cancer-fighting blueprint can be manufactured into actual physical matter and be tested on actual cancer cells. The attached lab photo is of 4mg of the raw vV37 matter in a vial (a" lyophilized puck")

Our lab partners still have to improve the purity to the 95% level for assays. but the V37 peptide is now an actual thing.

TLDR: Next Step - when we have the 95% purity we need, we ship V37 to our CDMO BioTech lab partners for 'CD and SPR Assays".
Circular Dichroism (CD) is the "Shape Check" to prove the physical drug successfully folded into the perfect spiral-spring key we designed. Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) is the "Grip Check" to prove our key actually locks onto the target cancer protein and refuses to let go.

Full Summary for our fellow bio/tech nerds:
Circular Dichroism (CD) is the "Shape Check". Before we can test V37 against cancer, we have to prove that our physical peptide has actually folded into the correct three-dimensional spiral spring. In the lab, technicians shine a light beam through our dissolved liquid peptide. The way the light bends as it passes through the sample maps out the physical structure, confirming whether the backbone has successfully twisted into the exact 3.6-residue alpha-helical shape required to match our computational blueprint.

Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) is the "Grip Check". This is the ultimate test to prove our key actually fits and unlocks MDM2 from p53 in the real world. The lab immobilizes our rogue target cancer protein (MDM2) onto a highly sensitive sensor chip and washes our pure V37 peptide over it. By bouncing a laser off the chip, the machine measures in real-time exactly how fast the key snaps onto the cancer protein and most importantly how long and firmly it grips the target without letting go.

Together, these two trials tell us if our math successfully printed a physical key that perfectly fits the lock and refuses to let go and frees p53. By proving that V37 has the right shape and grip and unlocks MDM2 from p53 means we are one giant step closer to officially unlock the body's natural cancer-killer that forces tumor cells to self-destruct while leaving healthy cells untouched.

1 in 10,400,000,000,000,000,000,000. The odds that you can create a molecule that separates the MDM2 protein from the p53 protein and re-release your bodies natural cancer killing capability. We'll take those odds.

The odds are 1 in 10,400,000,000,000,000,000,000 that you create a key to separate the MDM2 protein from the p53 protein and re-release your bodies natural cancer killing capability. We'll take those odds. https://v37.org/

CODE THE CURE TO CANCER - V37 UPDATE: We are at the halfway mark! We now officially have the physical molecule created, in the lab and in the purification stage. To put this into context we now have a physical product (as raw as it is) that we can test in the real world. We were told "you'll never get this in an actual product", and "that's not how this works." They could be right too.. except.. it seems to be working. The amino acids have been physically synthesized and linked together in a laboratory. That seems real - to us at least. Bottom line: We have (computationally) proven that V37 separates MDM2 from P53. And this is one big old milestone towards turning the Code we wrote into something that, maybe just maybe, can kick Cancer in the you know what.

First post! V37: Coding The Cure For Cancer Project: Nearly half of all human cancers are driven by a single molecular failure. Inside the human cell, a protein named p53 acts as the primary tumor suppressor. Its role is to detect mutations and trigger the self-destruction of cancerous cells. However, for millions of people around the world this protein is held hostage by a second protein called MDM2 that goes rogue, gags p53 and prevents it from stopping the tumor. p53 is biologically handcuffed which means cells can turn cancerous.

V37 is a proprietary, 1 in 104 septillion unique peptide sequence that unlocks the MDM2 padlock and frees the body's natural p53 protein.

As of March 31, 2026 we are officially in the "WetLab" synthesis stage which means we are producing the physical, lyophilized "V37.2 puck."

Exciting stuff.
