With more than 15 years of experience in the security industry and over 3 years at MFort, Daniel brings a deep understanding of both field operations and administrative leadership. As a Scheduling Manager, he coordinates staffing for over 50% of company accounts, ensuring smooth operations, accurate timekeeping, and reliable support for multiple Operations Managers. His role includes auditing time sheets for payroll accuracy, addressing day‑to‑day employee concerns, and maintaining strong communication across teams.
Daniel's background spans a wide range of industry roles, including Recruiting, Field Supervision, Security Operations Center operations, Patrol, Site Supervision, and Payroll. He has worked across residential, commercial, logistics, and campus environments, giving him a well‑rounded perspective on operational needs and workforce management.
