Last night I shared the stage with the Leo Catholic High School Boy's Choir at the Illinois Act For Children gala! I taught them the auction chant. They taught me to stay positive and remember the sky is the limit.

Great evening with the National Concierge Association , Chicago Chapter! Thank you to the team at 110 North Wacker for hosting us, and
to Linda Whitlock at Corporate Event Interactive for the invitation. Lots of good conversations and new connections. This is how real relationships get built!

One of the great things about living in Chicago is the theatre scene. Caught Operation Mincemeat this week and it lived up to the hype. Five actors playing 80 characters, turning a WWII spy operation into something hilarious and genuinely moving.
The highlight for me was watching Jake Bentley Young on that stage. I have known Jake since he was a kid, and seeing the performer he has become was something special. The whole cast was superb!
If it comes to your city, go see it!

Auction item order matters more than most people realize! We build a mix on purpose. Variety keeps the room engaged and gives every guest something to bid on!
Here is what surprises people: We do not save the highest priced items for the end. We place them in the middle.
Why? Once your top items sell, guests who did not win still have alternatives to bid on. If your best items go last, those bidders
may have already checked out.
Order is strategy, not chance.
