Customers discuss design ideas with artist and will receive a rough draft before order is placed (optional; FREE of charge). This allows the customer to have a visual of the design, correct spelling, and ability to make changes. Prices vary depending on item and designs. Please discuss design ideas, obtain your rough draft and place your order in enough time to meet your desired deadline. DEPENDING ON THE VOLUME OF ORDERS: Rough drafts are available via email 1-3 days after discussed. Orders are generally ready 3 days - 3 weeks depending on size and quantity of order placed. A more accurate time frame will be given at time of order.
