ARTICLE XIV — TRUE HEIRS OF THE EMPIRE
The phrase:

shall designate descendants, beneficiaries, or other persons whose lawful inheritance or beneficial interest is established through appropriate documentation.
No person becomes a legal heir solely through a declaration contained in this Resolution Act.
Inheritance and succession shall be determined through applicable wills, trusts, estate documents, corporate instruments, court orders, or other legally effective instruments.

ARTICLE XV — SUCCESSION
The prior provision stating that there shall be “NO APPOINTED SUCCESSORS” is hereby superseded to the extent it conflicts with this Article.

ARTICLE XVI — SUCCESSION OF MASTER RECORD
Upon a lawful succession event affecting the office or authority of the Master Record Holder, Eidderf El Neerg shall be recognized within the internal Master Record as the designated successor, subject to applicable governing instruments and law.
The succession may include, to the extent lawfully transferable:
- Master Covenant records;
- Historical records;
- Genealogical records;
- Organizational records;
- Administrative records;
- Intellectual-property interests;
- Program records;
- Estate records;
- Trust interests; and
- Other interests specifically transferred through legally effective instruments.

ARTICLE XVII — NO AUTOMATIC PROPERTY TRANSFER THROUGH SUCCESSION CLAUSE
The designation of Eidderf El Neerg as successor does not, standing alone, transfer ownership of:

- LLCs;
- Trusts;
- Estates;

ARTICLE XIX — SUCCESSOR MODIFICATION
The designation of Eidderf El Neerg as successor may be modified, revoked, or replaced only through a subsequent legally effective instrument executed by the person possessing the authority to make such change.
Future descendants do not automatically supersede the designated successor unless the applicable controlling instrument provides otherwise.

ARTICLE XX — CHILDREN & FUTURE GENERATIONS
Children and future descendants shall not be treated as property.
