We are in the business of providing you the best customer experience possible. As COVID-19 continues to spread, we want you to know about the procedures we follow to clean our office spaces, trucks and vans, and to maintain sanitary environments for our employees and, in turn, our customers.
Our teams are staying informed and gathering information daily from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), federal agencies and other global health organizations to share current information and ensure the actions we're taking are comprehensive and appropriate as we do our part to contain the spread of this illness.
Your satisfaction and safety is always our top priority:
• Frequent handwashing and sanitizing is required for all installers and sales personnel at customer walk-in locations.
• As always, we will offer you as much flexibility as you need when booking your installation or service call.
• Our technicians typically wear personal protective equipment, including gloves and hardhats, depending on the requirements of the job. They have also been provided with hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes.
Precautions we’ve taken to help keep our employees healthy:
• We have canceled all international and domestic business travel.
• All meetings with outside vendors and business partners or that involve large groups have been canceled or are now conducted remotely as conference calls or video conferences.
• We have distributed bottles of hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and have begun a regular series of disinfecting deep cleanings in our offices.
• Our employees are updated on the latest news of the virus regularly, while keeping them informed on how to prevent the spread of the illness and answer their questions.
• We have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick.
