Amy and Andrew anted up for a night to remember at the 15th Annual "I Am Your Neighbor" party hosted by and held at .

This year's casino-themed night was packed with live music, games, and food and drink from 60+ local restaurants, and we were proud to go all in by sponsoring the event. It was a night of celebration where every bite, sip, and bet gave back to Common Pantry's mission to end hunger in our city.

Common Pantry has been a cornerstone of the North Center community for years, and we're so grateful for the work they do every single day. Supporting organizations like this one means so much to our team, because when our community wins, we all win. That's a real jackpot! A special thank you to Executive Director Margaret O'Conor for her leadership and for making all of us feel so welcome. Thank you as well to the entire Common Pantry team and everyone who came out to give back.

An exciting new chapter is underway for Brickton Montessori School !

Julieta joined other supporters, faculty, students, and members of the Brickton community for the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate the opening of their beautiful new campus in Des Plaines, just in time for the beginning of the school year.

We are proud to have helped Brickton reach this moment in partnership with
Wheeler Kearns Architects and Altounian Construction, and know this new purpose-built learning environment will expand opportunities for their students and further connect the community that has supported their mission for over 40 years.

Julieta de Carvalho joined our team one year ago, and she's been a powerhouse project manager for our clients ever since.

Her deep knowledge across every phase of a project, marketing-minded strategy, and sharp attention to detail help her keep the big picture in focus while delivering high-impact results for our clients. She's also become a familiar face in the community, representing PDCC at industry events throughout the year.

Thank you, Julieta, for an incredible first year and for your dedication to both our clients' success and our own growth. We're proud to have you on our team, and excited for everything still to come!

Phase I of The Shops at North Bridge redevelopment is moving forward, and the progress is on full display.

Every detail matters, and that includes clear, polished signage showing that stores are open for business throughout construction. Keeping the retail experience alive and inviting even with work happening behind the scenes was a top priority.

This project is a key piece of reestablishing the Magnificent Mile as a premier retail destination, and we're excited to help bring that vision to life.

Lizzie joined our partners and supporters, friends, and staff of The Carole Robertson Center for Learning to break ground and celebrate the beginning of renovations to their North Lawndale Flagship location.

This project will create spaces that inspire curiosity, support learning and enrichment, and transform environments where children, youth, and families can learn, play, grow, and thrive. We are very excited to continue building a brighter future for Chicago, and are hopeful we may have inspired a generation of future builders in the students that took part in the ceremony.

Education, mentorship, and leadership development don't just change individual futures – they shape entire communities.

We were proud to serve as a sponsor of this year's IMG Academy Foundation's Empowering Youth Golf Invitational, and although the tournament got rained out, participants still made the best of the circumstances. As a result of Mother Nature’s change in plans, the Foundation was able to donate over 100 meals to Turning Points in Bradenton, FL, a nonprofit dedicated to preventing and reducing homelessness throughout their community.

Moments like these are a great reminder that making a difference is something we wholeheartedly believe in, and we pride ourselves on aligning with partners who do the same. Thank you IMG Academy Foundation for hosting us!

Five years ago, Amy Preston set out to build something different.

Not the biggest team. Not the loudest voice in the room. Just a company built on trust – earned one project, one partner, and one relationship at a time.

Five years later, that idea has grown into something we're incredibly proud to be celebrating. A deeply intentional, solution-oriented team willing to do the work differently and never sacrifice culture for scale.

What gets built matters. But how you build it, and who you build it with, matters more.

To every person who’s been part of our journey: thank you for building this with us. You are the reason we’re more committed than ever to continue doing things our way. Here’s to making the next five years even bigger.

Spirits were soaring on the rooftop for Henricksen + Allsteel’s 5th Annual Air & Water Show Practice Day event at .

Julieta joined our friends from , along with others in the design and construction community, for an afternoon of high-flying action and great conversation.

Many thanks to .il and@allsteelchicago for your hospitality, and a front-row seat to the thrilling show in the sky. It was a spectacular way to take off into an exciting weekend in Chicago!

It’s important to us to contribute to causes that shape our communities in positive ways. We’re firm believers in the power of education, mentorship, and leadership development, and are excited to sponsor this year’s Empowering Youth Golf Invitational hosted by@imgacademyfoundation, an organization that provides just that.

As this year’s Volunteer Sponsor, we are proudly backing the people giving their time to make this event an impactful day of connection and support for student athletes. Helping our youth thrive and win beyond the game is exactly the kind of impact we want to have for our communities’ future.
