Education, mentorship, and leadership development don't just change individual futures – they shape entire communities.

We were proud to serve as a sponsor of this year's IMG Academy Foundation's Empowering Youth Golf Invitational, and although the tournament got rained out, participants still made the best of the circumstances. As a result of Mother Nature’s change in plans, the Foundation was able to donate over 100 meals to Turning Points in Bradenton, FL, a nonprofit dedicated to preventing and reducing homelessness throughout their community.

Moments like these are a great reminder that making a difference is something we wholeheartedly believe in, and we pride ourselves on aligning with partners who do the same. Thank you IMG Academy Foundation for hosting us!

Five years ago, Amy Preston set out to build something different.

Five years later, that idea has grown into something we're incredibly proud to be celebrating. A deeply intentional, solution-oriented team willing to do the work differently and never sacrifice culture for scale.

What gets built matters. But how you build it, and who you build it with, matters more.

Spirits were soaring on the rooftop for Henricksen + Allsteel’s 5th Annual Air & Water Show Practice Day event at .

Julieta joined our friends from , along with others in the design and construction community, for an afternoon of high-flying action and great conversation.

Many thanks to .il and@allsteelchicago for your hospitality, and a front-row seat to the thrilling show in the sky. It was a spectacular way to take off into an exciting weekend in Chicago!

Lizzie and Julieta celebrated summer in style at the SOLD OUT .chicago Summer Social!

It was a perfect evening to enjoy the sights and sounds of Chicago from the patio and reconnect with friends in our network, like Jen Park and Sena Ozdemir from .plus.

We’re proud to be part of a group that supports the advancement of women in AEC and supporting industries, and know the impact of the relationships we build extends far beyond the refreshments and conversations at fun events like this one.

The renovation of the Carole Robertson Center for Learning flagship site in Little Village is complete, and the finished product is stunning.

We're proud to have been part of the team that made this vision a reality. The result is an environment built to enrich early childhood and youth development, and to give the children, families, and educators of the community a daily sense of joy and belonging. This transformation reflects the care and commitment this organization brings every single day.

Big news – PDCC is excited to officially welcome our first intern!

Meet Chloe May, an interior design and art student at University of Wisconsin-Madison. This summer, Chloe will be providing administrative, project, and operational support to our team while gaining hands-on exposure to the design and construction process.

We’re committed helping build the next generation of industry talent and this internship program has been something we've been intentionally working toward for a few years. Finding the right first candidate made it absolutely worth the wait.

Chloe, we're here to help you learn, grow, and thrive. Welcome to the PDCC family!

Our team recently toured the work being done at a private club alongside our partners from OKW Architects and Bulley & Andrews, and we’re excited to share a behind-the-scenes look at the progress of this adaptive re-use project to reimagine their ice rink into a dynamic, multipurpose space.

It’s a privilege to be part of the team entrusted to transform a space with 130+ years of history into a modernized, meaningful hub for the club’s members, and we’re grateful to be working alongside such talented partners throughout the planning, design, and construction process.
