What are Customer Insights? Why do they matter?

When a company employs comprehensive measures to gather customer data and in order to understand and analyze their behaviors, it is producing Customer Insights.

Why bother?

Well, companies that invest in capturing Customer Insights are able to uncover their customers' frustrations, impulses and preferences. They can use these insights to improve their processes or products, to expand their service offerings and to deliver a more personalized and tailor-made experience for their customers.

In short, when you have a clear vision of what your want and expect, you have much greater odds of successfully delivering.

Customer Insights will provide answers to critical questions, for example:
