In late December, SFive started searching for our industry's 'Team of the Year - 2020'. We received dozens of nominations that were full of stories & unbelievable team statistics. We originally were going to award just one team with the title but quickly realized one spot just wasn't enough.

Congratulations to our TEAM(s) OF THE YEAR for integrating their respective company's values into everything they did in 2020:

Woah, just like that we went from Thanksgiving to EOY! December 2020 was filled with what we call the “Triple Ts”: Transitions, Training and Talented Teams! We are heading into 2021 doing what we love and feeling EXTRA grateful ❤️

As you get ready to gather around your Thanksgiving table (or your zoom screen), consider adding one more item to your “I’m thankful for list”: give thanks for your professional strengths. 2020 has thrown curveball after curveball and the only thing that hasn’t wavered for most of us is our talent DNA.

‘Belief’ rounds out my CliftonStrengths Top 5 strength list. I’m personally thankful for my inner compass; my friends, colleagues and clients will always know where I stand.
