What started as a way to connections within our local business community, soon became a national network of over 100,000 professionals in 27 major cities. Over the years, our passion for making connections led us to hosting over 600 live events, and allowed us to partner with inspiring business leaders, entrepreneurs, and philanthropists across the country. From these live events, we were able to
identify many of the common issues associated with the networking process as a whole. Our research indicated that one of the most universal issues professionals had with live networking, was that there was no effective way to follow up with connections they made after the event. After much internal deliberation, we determined that these professional were right! So, in 2017 we decided to start working hand-in-hand with the hundreds of businesses in our network to figure out a better way to make their connections more meaningful in their career. We soon became obsessed with understanding when a new business relationship should begin, and what intuitive tools professionals would need to maintain it. We assumed there would be a third party application which would solve all our problems, but learned most of them only addressed a few aspects of what it takes to build sustainable relationships throughout the networking process. Not being able to find a suitable application, our team started exploring the idea of building our own online platform for the first time. Investors soon committed to the project, and our developers were motivated to begin. By the end of 2018, the concept for the NS Inspire Network was officially launched. Our mission has always been to help individuals build confidence, improve communication skills, and advance their career while doing more good in their community. In 2019, the NS Inspire Network added another layer to our mission by helping professionals bridge the gap in the networking process online. At its core, Inspire is a community of business leaders which strive to motivate one another through career achievements, positive influence, industry experience, and acts of kindness. Our platform offers a full suite of intuitive tools for members to recognize, identify, and create valuable connections. We can now give busy professionals everything they need to make new connections, get industry advice, and effectively manage their existing referral network.
