le to want to develop professionally, they must be simultaneously developing personally. Hence our name..we each must do what it takes to get into our own personal zone. The Zone is that amazing feeling we earn as a result of sustained work-on-ourselves. Each of our courses includes a day of refreshing personal growth material and experiential processes that are designed to inspire each participant to want to become the best they can be for their self. Participants are guided through exercises that give them the opportunity to “want to change” instead of “have to change” for the organization they work for. The result is an exciting commitment to their growth and firm loyalty to the organization they work with. Our courses are not designed to change people, rather, they are designed to wake people up to see that it is not external circumstances that hold them back, it is the fundamental mindset they use to approach their job and life that makes all the difference. By realizing this, participants shift their attention from avoiding what they don't want, blaming or complaining (victim mentality) to creating the results they do want, taking responsibility and being in charge (source mentality.) In our courses, all participants realize that they have almost infinite potential that is virtually untapped. They see that their daily focus has mostly been about struggling with their basic survival and not focused on their amazing potential. Each participant makes this transition by executing verbal and writing exercises designed to awaken their desire to strive toward individual excellence. Our purpose at The Zone-usa is simply to improve the world for all of us. Emersion - /əˈmərZHən/ the process of emerging after being submerged

Q. What drives us as humans?

Change!! There are people who have worked on themselves who have developed a natural willingness to consistently change themselves and influence others to action because they understand the invisible forces that have personally shaped them.

Q. How can we make a difference in the quality of people's lives and how can we influence them to raise their standards in their performance?

The people who are dedicated to self-change have an experiential understanding of their own process of emersion and are able to communicate that experience to others in an unaltered way that inspires people to take action.

Q. Why do some people struggle with growth?

Some people want to help others without having to have done much work on themselves and even though they have a compelling reason to contribute and to do something beyond themselves, their words fall flat on deaf ears when they attempt to motivate others.

Q. Why is the “pursuit of change” such an important part of growth and development?

The people who understand that their moment-to-moment choices are like a steering wheel on any vehicle of transportation. Each and every choice we make will move us in a direction whether we like the direction or not. The vast majority of people I have met have not yet learned to choose their destinations in advance and their present tense choices are aligned with a different destination.

Q. How can we go from survival mode to potential pursuit?

The science of achievement is easy… when a person takes an idea out of their head and they make it real. That emersion is an achievement. That achievement is a change. It’s a transformation from one form to another and once you've got the game, it's easy. Then it's up to you to create even more.

Q. What are some of the right questions to ask if I want to grow personally and develop professionally?

The people who have learned and practiced taking action based on their chosen direction are the ones who are always looking for the right question to ask that will give them the right answer. Those people don’t look for the solution first, they look for the right question that will give them the solution.

If you look back at your life you can easily see that if you had made different choices your life would be different right now. If you want to know the right questions you must first put yourself into an environment that supports personal growth and personal development.

To grow is to change. To develop is also to change. Emersion is climbing from where you don't want to be to where you want to be. It's that first step... that first choice to change and if you want a different life, it's a no-brainer!! :-)

It's important to understand that we can be most useful when we are strong, individually, our family, our town, city, state, country and planet. Like everyone else, all I need to do is make myself strong and and the problem is solved :-) Pass it on!!

The countries of the world are like sports teams. We all love our home team. We support our team members. We cheer our team members on. We practice to make each other better and better and better. We share what works and what doesn't. We play for the sake of playing. We play to have fun. We play with integrity. We play with sportsmanship. And without the other teams there would be no one to play with. Now that's no fun!
