The service bureau you choose should care about what happens BEFORE the first return is transmitted.

Because successful tax seasons are built in the preseason.

The systems.

The marketing.

The team.

The training.

The client experience.

The follow-up.

The plan.

A service bureau relationship should make your business STRONGER.

Not just give you somewhere to transmit returns.

I want my EROs asking bigger questions:

How can we increase production?

Where are we losing time?

What can we automate?

How can we develop the team?

What needs to happen BEFORE tax season so we’re not fixing everything DURING tax season?

Because software is a tool.

What you BUILD around that tool is the business.

That’s why I’m intentional about the EROs I partner with.

I’m not interested in just adding numbers to a roster.
