Hi, I’m Diane Tarshis. I am an early-stage startup consultant focusing on business planning, go-to-market strategies and financial projections that get my clients funded.
In other words, I’m like the expert that gets founders ready to go on Shark Tank so they know exactly what they’re doing — instead of relying on trial and error, guessing and pivoting.
Some of my clients have become leaders in their industry, others have made multimillion-dollar exits, while still others have simply created the life they want (that gives them time and financial freedom).
But one thing they’ve all had in common is this: They refused to bet their success on trial and error.
Since graduating from the Wharton School and leaving the frenzy of Wall Street behind, I’ve spent the last 20-plus years helping entrepreneurs from all walks of life build successful businesses and get funded. I’ve worked with countless startups across every industry — from tech to retail to consumer products.
Here’s the deal: without a clear plan or expert guidance, it takes most new businesses an average of 10 years to become successful.
