I used to go crazy from spending so much time rocking my child to sleep. By the time I was done, all I wanted to do was take a nap myself!
Because of this, every day as nap time approached my anxiety started to build. I was constantly feeling stressed that 'soon it would be naptime, and oh I must get this baby to sleep before he gets overtired' But it was so hard!
As time went on it took longer and longer for him to fall asleep. Is this happening to you?
If the answer is yes, it is a sign that your baby is ready to learn how to learn how to fall asleep independently.

Mums, I can give you the tools to confidently and successfully teach your child to fall asleep independently.
Practically, this means spending not more than a couple minutes with your little one before putting him in the crib and walking out. The best part is, as nap time approaches, instead of feeling any anxiety, you feel excited and it turns into the most satisfying part of your day!
If your child doesnt yet know how to fall asleep independantly and you are wishing for some stress-free naptime and bedtime send me a DM!
