On Saturday Jamesia, Deanna and I hosted the “Wealth Building Brunch” at Frontier in Chicago.

This event was a success.

Jamesia is a licensed real estate agent and insurance agent. She discussed ways to use other people's money (insurance) to pay their mortgage, create cash flow, generate wealth, and protect their assets.


Deanna is the founder of Grant Financial Services. She discussed how to set a financial system, manage business cash flow and discussed several tax planning strategies.



I showed entrepreneurs how they can get capital to start, grow and scale their business.

La Toya Jackson is one of our guest speakers. She is a business credit & funding expert, founder, CEO & Speaker.

A native of Cleveland, Ohio, she holds a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from The Ohio State University. For more than 16 years, she has led marketing initiatives in business-to-business sales for Fortune 500 companies such as Philip Morris and Michelin Tire Company. While climbing the corporate ladder, she began a part-time career in the real estate industry, amassing over $1.4 million in real estate sales.

Her passion for raising funding began in Chicago, Illinois when she began her journey in real estate investment with fix and flips, buy and holds, mixed use commercial, wholesale, and AirBnB properties. It was here she began to understand how the power of business credit and funding was able to help entrepreneurs build their empires.

She decided to leave the corporate world behind, leveraging this knowledge to launch her own company. Through her firm, Excel Capital Group, she provides business credit and funding solutions for entrepreneurs looking for capital to start, grow and scale their business. Her leading strategies have helped business owners attain thousands of dollars in business credit and funding.

La Toya's success has awarded her the esteemed honor of being inducted into the "40 under 40 Young Women’s Professional League." She has been a featured TedTalk speaker. In addition, she has been featured in Shoutout Atlanta, Bauce Magazine, as well as appearances on the AC Green and Perri Small radio shows. In her personal pursuits, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends.
