Business Update:

New website features have been enabled on the site to a) provide client details; and b) subscribe to our Managed Service Solutions Unit Consultation & select Solutions Packages easier. Pricing is available and listed on the subpages of the 'Managed Service Solutions' page.**

Planned Changes:
• Rebranding of banner design and colors
• More unification between the website and the CRM package I use to increase productivity and ease of access for the client
• Physical relocation back to the Chicago-Land area, thus changing the businesses primary service & solutions location and range of MSSU offerings
• Changes to be made to the pages integrations that are tied specifically to the CRM NJSL uses for a cleaner and more unified look to match the current themes of the website.**
• Working on DNS improvements, including the implementation of a domain name alias so gaining access to our website will be easier.

Nathaniel Update:

I have had a crazy few weeks that have pulled me away from the business more than I'd like. However; now that I am moving back to the Chicago land area, I will begin benefiting from a more forgiving schedule, and the needs of the business will no longer have to take a backseat to everything else going on.

What I need from you:
• Please stay patient as I continue to add website features and MSSU offerings, add-ons and specialized solutions.

• Please visit the website and provide feedback on the things you like, or hate about it; suggestions you'd like to see added or changed. Please be specific. Do you believe the pricing is fair? Do you understand the MSSU consultation and solutions packages offerings? Is the language clear and easy to read? I'd the background fill appropriate for the material oh that specific page?

•Lastly I have ordered a new phone which I will be using for my business line. Both the website and this page reflect the number. Just a quick update. Operations have slowed down a bit, and have allowed me to work on the back-end of my software/architecture stack. So keep checking back in with the website to find new ways to communicate with my team, and discover new service solutions!
