About to go into F45… and honestly, today wasn’t an easy “yes.”

But this is the part no one sees:
the small, quiet decisions that build the bigger goal.

I’m training for Hyrox Houston 2026, and these are the reps that count —
the ones where you don’t want to go, but you go anyway.

Motivation comes and goes.
Discipline is the real system.

Who else showed up today when it would’ve been easier not to? 💙💪

This is my quiet little goodbye to my favorite latte + cinnamon roll — for the next four months.

I’m stepping into Hyrox training season, and I wanted a simple, symbolic moment to mark the commitment.

Not perfection.
Not pressure.
Just discipline that feels aligned.

It’s never about “cutting things out.”
It’s about creating space for who I’m becoming next.

If you’re drawing your own line in the sand right now, I’m cheering you on. We’ve got this. 🤍💪

When your week feels chaotic, it’s almost never because you’re “lazy” or “unmotivated.”

It’s because your system is unclear.

Here’s the truth:
You don’t fix chaos with more hours, more apps, or more grinding.
You fix it by tightening the structure that guides your decisions.

The system I use (and build for clients) comes down to 3 things:

1️⃣ Re-align to the top 3 priorities
(Chaos happens when everything feels urgent.)

2️⃣ Remove one friction point
(A single block can stall your whole week.)

3️⃣ Reset your energy
(Clarity requires capacity.)

Small systems → big clarity.
Big clarity → better ex*****on.

If you want this mid-week reset framework,
DM “RESET” and I’ll send you the template I use inside my own workflow. 💙

Training for Hyrox Houston 2026 while building a business has taught me one thing:

Consistency beats motivation.
Systems beat chaos.

If you’re ready to simplify your week, streamline your workflow, and create a life that actually supports your goals — you’re in the right place.

Sneak peek time. ⚡️

I’m building a full Automation Monday series this month, and this is your preview of what’s coming.
I’ve been creating simple, high-impact automations to support my HYROX 2026 training — nothing fancy, just powerful systems that help me stay consistent, focused, and accountable.

Here’s what I’m building this month:

1️⃣ Workout Log (Google Form → Notion)
2️⃣ Weekly Habit Reset
3️⃣ Morning Check-In System
4️⃣ SMS → Notion Meal Log

🛠️ Step 1: Build your Defect Submission Form

If you’ve ever worked on a project, you know how easy it is for bugs or errors to slip through the cracks. One person mentions it in Slack, another sends an email, and suddenly nobody’s sure what’s been logged or who’s fixing it. 😅

That’s why I’m showing you how to create a lightweight bug tracking system using tools you already have: Google Forms + Notion.

The first step is building a simple Google Form. This will be the entry point for anyone reporting an issue, ensuring you capture all the details in one consistent place.

Here’s what to include in the form:

Name (who’s reporting)

Email (for follow-up)

Defect title (a short, clear label)

Describe the issue (details of what’s going wrong)

Steps to reproduce (so the issue can be recreated)

Expected result (what should have happened)

Actual result (what did happen)

Priority (Low / Medium / High from the reporter’s perspective)

This creates a standardized way to collect bug reports — no more scattered emails or forgotten messages.

➡️ Next steps are coming your way soon: we’ll start by setting up the Excel sheet and making sure the keys are hooked up correctly before moving into Notion. 🚀

Ever had a bug or error pop up in a project and suddenly everyone’s scrambling to figure out who’s fixing it (and when)? 😅

I’ve seen it happen over and over again — even on small teams. That’s why this week, I’m going to walk you through how to set up a bug tracking system without paying for fancy software.

Each day I’ll share one step, and you’ll have a complete system built out in Google Forms + Notion.

The goal: keep things simple, clear, and actually usable.

I’ll drop the first step tomorrow (9/10) — excited to show you how easy it can be!

👉 Do you already have a way you track bugs, or is it more “send me a Slack and hope I remember”?

Stay tuned — tomorrow we dive into Step 1!

Your business isn’t something that “happens to you.” You get to shape it.
Every choice you make—from how you spend your mornings to the workflows you design—is you creating your destiny.

🌟 The question is: are you creating with intention, or by default?

✨ Systems aren’t about adding complexity. They’re about giving you clarity, focus, and breathing room.
