Our intention is to invest the sum of $10,000,000.00 with you as the principal
investor and owner while we will be sleeping partners. Our interest will be protected by an MOU which will be signed between you and a trusted attorney which will spell out that you are entitled to 30% ownership of the investment while we will own 70% while net profit that you generate from investing 70% which will be shared on a 50/50 Basis.
We fund fix and flip, new construction, and cash out refinance projects for non-owner occupied properties.
